When we were about to move to Kansas City we were informed by our landlord one week prior that our rental that we had signed up for will not be ready by the time we move to KC. We called Ronda and she was in California, she flew back to KC and found us several town homes in 3 days, sent videos and we opted for one instantly. When we were looking for a builder to build a home she took the time to listen, understood our preferences and introduced us to a great custom home builder. She and her husband Bill helped tremendously throughout the process. Three weeks before we were ready to close on the house the bank that we were going to sign the loan with changed certain guidelines so we found another lender that better suited us, however, we had deposited some amount with the previous lender which we would have clearly lost. Ronda was able to get us a substantial amount back. I wanted to give examples to show and explain how good she is at what she does. For those of you who don't know she is also an HGTV star, so well deserved!! We would like to thank Ronda for her help throughout the entire process, she is beyond excellent and we are fortunate to have met Ronda and Bill, whom we now consider family friends.
